What’s New in Nucleus Last Month?
We’ve rolled out a series of updates in March to help you manage your community and events more efficiently. From launching a brand-new memberships feature to improving how you connect with your registrants, here’s what’s new this month.
Memberships – New in CRM
You can now create and manage memberships directly from your CRM. This new feature makes it easy to track member activity, manage subscription tiers, and provide tailored experiences to your most engaged supporters. Whether you're running a nonprofit or a grassroots campaign, this tool helps you build stronger, longer-lasting relationships.
Ticket Customization – Override Details for Paid Events
Event organizers now have more control over how ticket information appears. With the new ticket details override field, you can customize ticket descriptions, pricing information, or any other detail you want attendees to see—perfect for tiered pricing or VIP experiences.
Event Communications – Target Incomplete Registrants
Need to nudge attendees who haven’t finished signing up? You can now target “Incomplete Registrants” as a specific audience in your event communications. Use this to send gentle reminders, offer help, or incentivize completion—making your events more successful and well-attended.
