Technical Support Specialist
Location: Sunrise, FL (In-office required)
Reports to: CEO and CTO
Campaign Nucleus is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving technical puzzles, working behind the scenes, and occasionally stepping into client-facing situations to explain complex issues in simple terms.
You’ll be the go-to person for technical troubleshooting that doesn’t require developer intervention—handling everything from DNS issues to email delivery problems. You’ll also support internal teams by providing technical insights and database-level support when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Triage and resolve technical support issues that go beyond standard customer service.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to DNS, email delivery, and platform performance.
- Perform basic database queries and updates as needed.
- Join client calls to explain technical issues or solutions when required.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Document technical issues and solutions to build internal knowledge resources.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in a technical support or IT role.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, DNS, and email systems.
- Experience with databases and ability to write basic queries.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a SaaS or tech platform environment.
- Familiarity with campaign tech, digital tools, or political technology.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical issues simultaneously.
