We are seeking a skilled and motivated PR Podcast Booking Agent to join our dynamic team. The PR Podcast Booking Agent will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and securing podcast appearances for our clients across various platforms and industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of podcast hosts and producers, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of booking successful podcast appearances.

This position requires in office availability in Charlotte, NC

Responsibilities:

• Identify relevant podcasts and platforms aligned with our clients' target audience and objectives.Develop and maintain relationships with podcast hosts, producers, and booking agents to secure guest opportunities for our clients.
• Craft compelling pitch emails and materials to effectively communicate our clients' value proposition and expertise.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for podcast appearances, including coordinating interview times and providing necessary briefing materials to clients.
• Monitor and track podcast appearances, ensuring accurate attribution and tracking of key metrics such as reach and engagement.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging podcasts, identifying new opportunities for client visibility and exposure.Collaborate with internal teams to develop podcast-specific messaging and content strategies for clients.
• Provide regular updates and reports on podcast booking efforts, including metrics and KPIs, to stakeholders and clients.
