The ideal candidate has 2+ years of professional experience in coordination, operations, or administrative support—and is excited about contributing to a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support company operations by coordinating cross-functional projects and tracking progress.

• Manage and distribute sales reports, track leads, and support the sales team with follow-ups.

• Provide executive assistant support, including scheduling, preparing documents, and handling communication.

• Maintain organized systems for tracking company processes and performance metrics.
